Services Provided

Happy Weeks provides coaching, education, and supportive guidance related to dementia care and brain wellness. Services are educational and supportive in nature and are designed to complement—not replace—medical care.

Happy Weeks does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services.

Appointments & Scheduling

Coaching sessions are typically held virtually via Zoom or phone. A brief introductory conversation may be offered prior to scheduling paid services.

Happy Weeks reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed, with reasonable notice whenever possible.

Payments

Coaching services are provided on a self-pay basis and are not billed to insurance. Accepted payment methods currently include check or Zelle. Payment details will be communicated during scheduling.

Future payment options may be added to the website without prior notice.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session, at Happy Weeks’ discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Happy Weeks is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken by clients based on information provided through coaching services or website content.

By using this website and services, you agree that Happy Weeks shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in coaching services or reliance on website content.

Return and Refund Policy

Happy Weeks is committed to providing thoughtful, supportive coaching services. Because services are delivered in a live, time-based format, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

Coaching Services

Happy Weeks provides coaching and educational services delivered virtually or by phone. As these services involve reserved time and personalized attention, completed sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.
     
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session and are not eligible for a refund.
     

Packages

For multi-session coaching packages:

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled within a reasonable time frame.
     
  • Packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
     
  • Packages are intended for use by the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
     

Free Introductory Conversations

Free introductory conversations are offered as a courtesy and carry no charge. These sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Exceptional Circumstances

Happy Weeks understands that unexpected situations can arise. Refund or credit requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Happy Weeks.

No Returns on Digital Content

If digital materials or resources are provided, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Happy Weeks directly with any questions or concerns regarding payments. Open communication is preferred before initiating any payment disputes.
